We can provide immediate containment advice over the phone and then arrange to visit to rectify the cause at the earliest opportunity. Supply Only
We recognise the fact that homeowners, local farmers and businesses often have their own plumbers so we are happy to provide a 'supply only' service to either you - the customer or your preferred contractor to install. Cumbria Oil Tanks are backed by a vast range of suppliers with some really good negotiated discounts for our customers to take advantage of. We also supply Diesel dispensers, waste tanks and can have 'bespoke' steel tanks designed to suit specific locations. Servicing & Maintenance
Tanks are like any other part of your heating system that need regular inspection, servicing and maintenance but have a higher environmental risk if not provided with the appropriate care. That is why Cumbria Oil Tanks recommend a regular regime of tank monitoring to ensure membranes, seals and fittings are sound, with any depreciation monitored to anticipate failure and implement a timely repair/replacement. We also undertake contents monitoring and de-watering of tanks having suffered a high level of internal condensation. We can also upgrade your old tank with a remote measuring system or undertake bulk fuel transfers with filtration to mitigate fuel contamination.
De-commissioning Services
We recognise that times are changing with some customers moving towards alternative heating sources and can provide a comprehensive 'risk-based' system de-commissioning service. We will ensure that full OFTEC protocol is followed to ensure the safe removal and disposal of contaminated equipment and liquids mitigating environmental risk and resulting in the full restoration of your garden.
